An inactive and sedentary lifestyle is one of the reasons why people are easily getting affected by several diseases. With constant struggle at jobs and prolonged sitting & standing (as the work requires), it has become quite difficult to keep up with an active schedule. And when it comes to investing in a gym membership, there are two demerits; first, it can cost you thousands of dollars and secondly, it requires a lot of time to put into.
